Support The Heathens

The Heathens Choir today occupies a prominent place in the lives of its members and the cultural life of the wider Blue Mountains community.

This has been largely due to the inspiration and hard work over many years of our Musical Director (MD), Chris Wheeler. Needless to say, we all want the Heathens to go on long into the future.

However, there has been a growing gap in recent years between choir member subscriptions and the income required to retain the services of an MD of Chris’s calibre. We want to close this gap now to assure the choir’s future as a vital force in the life of our community.

That is why we have decided to launch an Annual Appeal for donations from Heathens’ members, our friends, and local business supporters. Our aim is to raise up to $5000 before June 30.

You can support the Heathens by making a tax-deductible donation through the Blackheath Rhododendron Festival Inc. If you don’t require tax deductibility you can make a transfer directly into The Heathens Choir donations account.
